We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the US.
Almost all orders will ship approximately 3 business days after you place your order. Then add another 3-5 day in shipping (US ONLY – international will be longer).
All in all to be on the safe side, please plan on 7-10 days for your order. If you need it sooner, Priority Shipping option will only be 1-2 days in transit.
Jammin Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our facility, we have the same tracking information available to us as you. We suggest checking with neighbors and your local post office as well. The post office scans every package with a GPS coordinate so they can tell exactly where the package was left. As a small company, we do our best to please our customers and wish this was something we had more control over. If your order was lost or stolen, please contact us and we can do our best to have the item reordered/remade for you at the lowest price possible!
There are no returns or exchanges on our personalized items. Our designs are permanent, and cannot be undone. Therefore, we cannot accept an exchange/ return because the item can no longer be used.
If the mistake is on our end, we will be happy to fix. Please email us and we will take care of it right away.
With this being said, please follow all directions when placing an order and double check that everything is correct.
If you need to make a change please let us know as soon as possble. Email us at Jam@jamminthreads.com as long as your order has not yet been made, we will be happy to make the changes.
We only ship through the United States Postal Service. All orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order has shipped

All of our products are designed, printed, and handcrafted in house, in New Lenox IL. Then packaged, and shipped from our door to yours!
We would happy to send the proof. Please include that in the notes with your order. Please remember to check for proof because we will not make it until you approve.
