A beautiful finish for your most meaningful projects. These personalized floral quilt labels are designed to add a subtle, elegant signature to the work of your hands—and heart. Whether you’re gifting a special piece or documenting your own stitching story, these soft fabric tags help your creations speak for themselves.

Each sheet includes six custom labels printed on your choice of cotton or polyester. Simply trim, stitch, and let the details do the talking.

  • Six labels per 8.5″×11″ sheet, each measuring ~2.75″×1.75″

  • Cotton option features Heat’n’Bond backing for simple placement before sewing. Natural, cotton with a classic look. Best for quilts that will be gently cared for. Fade-resistant, but must follow gentle wash care instructions. Ideal for gentle use or display quilts

  • Polyester version is soft, non-fraying, and permanently printed to resist wear. Best for quilts that will undergo frequent washing or heavy use. Permanently printed and fade-proof.  Perfect for gifting, ensuring the label remains intact and vibrant over time.

🌿 Cotton (Sew-On) — Recommended

Classic quilting cotton look and feel. Soft, thin, and easy to sew by hand or machine. Best for heirloom, bed, or display quilts with gentle care.

✨ Polyester (Sew-On)

Not quilting cotton. Thicker, non-stretch fabric with a soft, fuzzy (suede-like) feel. Extremely durable and fade-proof. Great for baby quilts, kids’ quilts, and frequent washing. Do not choose if you want a traditional cotton look.
  • Cotton Labels: Backed with HeatnBond Featherlight. Temporarily holds label in place while sewing. To reduce fraying, fold edges under before stitching.

  • Polyester Labels: Trim and sew directly onto your quilt. Optional to fold edges under—extra fabric is included for that.
  • Cotton Labels: Wash on delicate with cold water. Hang to dry or use a low setting. Avoid high heat to preserve print. Not fully colorfast.
  • Polyester Labels: No special care needed. Machine washable, fade-proof, and long-lasting.

The number of labels included on each sheet depends on the design. The product variants will explicitly state the number of sheets and how many labels that will be.

All of our labels are different sizes depending on the design. Check the product description for specific label dimensions.

Cotton labels have a classic quilting cotton feel — soft, thin, and easy to sew by hand or machine. They come with HeatnBond Featherlight backing that temporarily holds the label in place while you stitch. Great for heirloom, bed, or display quilts.

Polyester labels are thicker with a soft, fuzzy feel (not a quilting cotton look). They're printed with permanent sublimation ink that won't fade or wash off, ever. No backing included — just trim and sew. These are built for quilts that get washed a lot, like baby or kids' quilts.

Your quilt labels will be printed on an 8.5" x 11" sheet ready for you to cut.

Both the cotton and polyester labels can be sewn directly onto your quilt, but there are a few tricks depending on your label material.

  • Cotton Labels: Backed with HeatnBond Featherlight. Temporarily holds label in place while sewing. To reduce fraying, fold edges under before stitching.
  • Polyester Labels: Trim and sew directly onto your quilt. Optional to fold edges under—extra fabric is included for that.

Fill out the personalization field before you add your label to cart. Different labels have different personalization options. There will be a field for each line on the label that can be personalized. Please check your entry carefully, as the personalization will be printed exactly as it is entered.
