Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

We gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible non-personalized items. The quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Because personalized items are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.

The number of labels included on each sheet depends on the design. The product variants will explicitly state the number of sheets and how many labels that will be.

All of our labels are different sizes depending on the design. Check the product description for specific label dimensions.

Fill out the personalization field before you add your label to cart. Different labels have different personalization options. There will be a field for each line on the label that can be personalized. Please check your entry carefully, as the personalization will be printed exactly as it is entered.

Cotton labels have a classic quilting cotton feel — soft, thin, and easy to sew by hand or machine. They come with HeatnBond Featherlight backing that temporarily holds the label in place while you stitch. Great for heirloom, bed, or display quilts.

Polyester labels are thicker with a soft, fuzzy feel (not a quilting cotton look). They're printed with permanent sublimation ink that won't fade or wash off, ever. No backing included — just trim and sew. These are built for quilts that get washed a lot, like baby or kids' quilts.

Your quilt labels will be printed on an 8.5" x 11" sheet ready for you to cut.

Both the cotton and polyester labels can be sewn directly onto your quilt, but there are a few tricks depending on your label material.

• Cotton Labels: Backed with HeatnBond Featherlight. Temporarily holds label in place while sewing. To reduce fraying, fold edges under before stitching.
• Polyester Labels: Trim and sew directly onto your quilt. Optional to fold edges under—extra fabric is included for that.

Our satin fold-over labels are machine washable and dry-cleanable. The print generally lasts up to 50 washes. Use a delicate cycle for best results and avoid ironing.

Your labels will arrive unfolded. Fold the label in half so the raw edges meet, then sew those raw edges directly into your quilt's seam or binding.
