Because personalized items are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible non-personalized items. The quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection. We'll notify you as soon as your return has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 7 business days, though your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

We gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Most orders are made within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Cotton labels have a classic quilting cotton feel — soft, thin, and easy to sew by hand or machine. They come with HeatnBond Featherlight backing that temporarily holds the label in place while you stitch. Great for heirloom, bed, or display quilts.

Polyester labels are thicker with a soft, fuzzy feel (not a quilting cotton look). They're printed with permanent sublimation ink that won't fade or wash off, ever. No backing included — just trim and sew. These are built for quilts that get washed a lot, like baby or kids' quilts.
