Description
Create a one-of-a-kind quilt label made just for your project. This listing is for customers who want a fully custom quilt label using their own saying, wording, theme, artwork idea, or design request.
Whether you need a special label for a memory quilt, wedding quilt, baby quilt, graduation quilt, family heirloom, charity quilt, or handmade gift, we will create a custom label design based on the details you provide.
These flat fabric labels are printed on your choice of cotton or polyester and are designed to be sewn onto the surface of your quilt.
How Custom Design Labels Work
After you place your order, we will create a custom label design using the information you provide, including your preferred wording, design idea, and ideal label size.
The number of labels included on each sheet will depend on the finished size of the labels you request. Smaller labels may fit more per sheet, while larger labels will fit fewer per sheet.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval before printing. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, wording, names, dates, layout, and overall design.
Proof Approval Policy
A proof will be sent for approval before your labels are printed. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your labels will be printed and shipped as shown in the proof.
Please check your email or messages after ordering so your proof can be reviewed in a timely manner.
Cotton Label Feature
Cotton labels include a temporary HeatnBond backing. This helps reduce fraying when cutting and allows you to temporarily fuse the label in place while stitching, making it easier to position the label neatly before sewing it permanently onto your quilt.

Cotton vs. Polyester Comparison
Cotton vs. Polyester Comparison
🌿 Cotton (Sew-On) — Recommended
Classic quilting cotton look and feel. Soft, thin, and easy to sew by hand or machine. Best for heirloom, bed, or display quilts with gentle care.
👉 If unsure, choose cotton.
✨ Polyester (Sew-On)
Not quilting cotton. Thicker, non-stretch fabric with a soft, fuzzy (suede-like) feel. Extremely durable and fade-proof. Great for baby quilts, kids’ quilts, and frequent washing. Do not choose if you want a traditional cotton look.
Quilt Label Application
Quilt Label Application
- Cotton Labels: Backed with HeatnBond Featherlight. Temporarily holds label in place while sewing. To reduce fraying, fold edges under before stitching.
- Polyester Labels: Trim and sew directly onto your quilt. Optional to fold edges under—extra fabric is included for that.
Label Care Instructions

Great job and very expedient.
They made my custom logo labels with no muss, no fuss. They emailed me with 3 different font for me to choose and did my changes without any issues. I had labels within a few days!
I wanted labels for a temperature quilt that I am making. I wanted to label each months block with the calendar month and a year 2026 for the quilt. I asked for certain sized labels and they came out perfect, now for getting the quilt done.
Absolutely beautiful and quality work! Highky recommend. Will be a returning customer
