Create professional custom quilt labels using your own logo, artwork, or finished design. After placing your order, please email your logo or design file to jam@jamminthreads.com. We will review your file and send a proof by email within 24 hours. Please check your email carefully and respond with any changes or approval.

Customers have 3 days to respond to the proof. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your order will be printed and shipped as shown in the proof.

The number of labels included with your order is determined by the finished label size requested. Smaller labels will fit more per sheet, while larger labels will produce fewer labels.

These custom quilt labels are available on cotton or polyester and are permanently printed with your submitted artwork.

Recommended file types include PNG, JPG, PDF, or other high-quality image files. For best results, please send the clearest, highest-resolution version of your logo or artwork.

A proof will be emailed within 24 hours.

You will have 3 days to approve or request changes to your proof. After 3 days, orders are printed and shipped as is.

Cotton Label Backing Information

Cotton quilt labels include a lightweight Featherweight HeatnBond backing. This backing is used to temporarily hold the label in place while you sew it onto your quilt. It is not intended as a permanent hold.

Labels do not come with stitching around the edges. You will need to sew the label onto your quilt for a finished, secure application.

Because everything is personalized, please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your order.

When it’s ready, we ship it straight from Kentucky or Illinois, depending on which shop is jamming that day.

Shipping time starts after the 3–5 day creation window.
