Once printed, simply cut it apart and include it with your quilt.

This uses 8.5x11" cardstock.

** You can also send this file to your local office supply ie; staples or office max to have it printed. It is very affordable and they have beautiful cardstock.

Useful to include with gift or donation quilts

For gifts or donations, I include index card with fabric and pattern names and date, taping care instructions right on reverse side
